SignForce was first born in 1982 as a premium signage solution in the south east suburbs of Melbourne. Fast forward and the business has cemented its place as a dominant force in the industry. Unfortunately not much changed over the years from an internal systems point of view and eventually Modern Visual was engaged to reinvent how SignForce operates and rolls out projects.

We started by performing a deep dive analysis of how SignForce currently operates from a processes and technology point of view. We then created a work flow map, ensuring that we maintained successful processes and at the same time introduce new efficiency gains through technology recommendations. Trying to fit an already successful business into a premade app was not going to work as it would destroy culture and remove successful processes built up over 38 years.

We created and implemented a bespoke app which has transformed the business.
