If this is your first retainer with Modern Visual, there is typically a setup fee which allows for additional work to the month to month deliverables. This price can vary depending on what is required. The average setup fee is $3,500 – $4,000 + GST.

We work with our clients on either a 6 or 12 month basis depending on the clients goals or requirements. Although we do sign our clients on for a commitment, if you do want out, we can discuss this as required.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the level of engagement but the core requirements we ask of you is to sign off on content we produce within a week, be available for regular meetings and be engaged and connected with what we are doing for you. It is hard for our team to put energy into your campaigns if its simply a tick the box exercise from your end.

After signing on for a retainer, Modern Visual will build out all the elements that make up your funnels over a 6 or 12 month period. At the same time as building out your funnels, we will support you with your marketing and sales depending on the chosen package. After the retainer ends you can continue to engage us for ongoing services such as building out more funnels or other services, all dependent on your goals and budget.

Our specialist copywriters and strategists work with a number of different industries. As good as we are, we may sometimes require bullet point feedback and phone conversations with you to ensure our content is of the highest quality for the people that will be consuming it. Ultimately, we will not publish anything without your approval.

The short answer is yes. Our entire team is highly trained and accredited to use the HubSpot software suite. This will allow us to get the best results for your company plus ensure return on investment is reportable to a high level. We always want to ensure we can directly attribute our efforts to your companies revenue and growth.

You will need to pay HubSpot directly for their software and Modern Visual for our labour. We will have a login like yourself to your HubSpot account so we can implement your marketing activities. This also leads to full transparency around what we are doing as part of your retainer.
